MedVoya and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and content we provide, subject to any open-source or third-party licences expressly stated. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial exploration unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Services constitutes professional, medical, legal, or immigration advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedVoya and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) [set a currency cap — e.g. USD 100] if no fees applied.

Indemnity
